Coaching Systems Support Network,
Development Managers and CoachWeb:
A match made in Heaven
Each of the 49 Coaching Development Managers will be required in their new roles "to bring together the agencies working in coaching on a county level together to develop a Coaching System"
Further to this they will need to:
- Establish the needs
- Get common KPI and Monitoring and Evaluation tools and fields
- Create and share good practice
This is a big task for any of the Coaching Development Managers, but using CoachWeb will make the job much, much easier.
CoachWeb is a tried and tested software system to 2 million users, and is currently being used by 10 CSPs, Higher education institutions and national programmes to collect data on coaches and coaching.

- Provides a common process to collecting information,
- Allows partners to coordinate, recruitment, induction, development and deployment of coaches
- Gives common minimum standards for deployment a real opportunity of success
- Provides real time KPI and marketing data
- Allows potential for income to help develop the CSP and the CDM role
I think we have a really exciting opportunity in the NW to use the Coachweb system to underpin and support the overall development of the evolving Coaching System
